8- What is the delivery condition & method?

 

Delivery of orders in Tehran and Alborz province will be done at home by its own Mr. Carpet’s Pickups free of charge and in the other provinces will be delivered through Transportation Company but free of charges too. Only buyer should pay transportation cost from its warehouse in the buyer city till its house plus insurance cost as well.     

9- Is it possible our transaction to be unsuccessful but deducted from our account?

 

Sometimes due to bank system disordering, deduction from your account in case of unsuccessful transaction, it could be possible, but in this case, within 72 working hours, your money will be reverted to your account automatically. Also it needs to be emphasized that doesn’t need to be pursued through calling or any other follow-up by applicant.

10- How long will take times for delivery after registration of order?

 

Delivery time for orders in Tehran & Alborz province will be within 72 working hours and for the other customers in the other province of Iran will be variation within a week.

Note: changing of carpets purchased could be possible till 72 hours after purchasing, but with the special condition such as unused of carpet, according to the Farrahi expeditionary  expert’s detection. All requests after above mentioned deadline or used carpet would not be possible to change according not at all.

13- in case of return of carpet, when the money paid will be reverted?

 

When a carpet to be returned, it needs to be expertise by our experts and after getting their confirmation, transferring of money paid will be done within 72 working hours after making all coordination with the customers.
